You should go to East Erie. I've been a devoted patient for almost 4 years. I find the staff to be extremely friendly and efficient. The environment is pretty relaxing too, which helps when you're in the dental chair.
I appreciated the professionalism starting from my first phone inquiry. My visit was efficient and welcoming. The front desk staff were very cordial and had my information along with insurance coverage already on file. The hygienist was very nice and worked smoothly and efficiently. Having come to this office several times for major restorative work I am nothing less than thrilled with the quality of service. These doctors go beyond anything I have ever experienced to insure quality. They verify the quality of the marginal integrity of permanent crowns and bridges by taking a very low dose radiograph prior to permanent cementation. I was very nervous as I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years, but they were very nice from the front desk, hygenist, and dentist! Felt very taken care of!
Today was my fist visit to this office. Even with this being the dreaded dentist I must say I had a pleasent visit. Eric is the best hygenist ever for me thank you
I was in severe pain. So I took a gmable and decide to call East Erie Dental since it was so close to my job. I just knew I wouldn't get in to see anyone because I was a new patient. Well guess what I was able to get a appointment that day. Dr. Azim was very attentive and performed a pulpotamy. She made sure I felt no pain. I will return Cheers!
