I've been a patient for many years and I have very sensitive gums and the dental hygienist is always gentle with me. She's excellent with giving pointers on how to improve brushing, flossing etc & the pointers always work. I always give East Erie out to colleagues and friends when asking for a referral for good dentist and dental office.
Everyone there is so wonderful! Jacqueline is great - so friendly! I don't mind going in for my six month cleanings!
East Erie dental is an excellent dental office. The decor and modern layout is a nice difference than your typical stark white medical office and the massage chairs help relax during the appointment. The staff is highly professional and friendly. Dr. Bugman is incredibly pleasant and made my dental work painless and quick.
After breaking my front filled tooth again, your office fit me in right away and made it perfect again! Very happy!
I cannot say enough good things of the customer service and professionalism of your two employees, Jackie and Anna. They are top notch! Jackie is the best at what she does. Her attention to detail and politeness are well appreciated. Anna cares about your patients' satisfaction so much that if there is a problem, she does everything in her power to correct. Kudos for having such a great team.
