I have never enjoyed going to the dentist. My experience at East Erie Dental has always been great. I have been a few times, and I am always in and out quickly. I have never had a wait to be seen. Jackie and Dr. Bugman are thorough and patient. They have always made my experience as painless as possible. I would highly recommend anyone to see them.
It's about time that when you go to the dentist that the 1st thing they say is "that tooth must come out"! This was my first trip to East Erie Dental, and I'll definitely be going back for my dental needs. It's been very hard to find a dentist in Chicago that I'd say that about. The x-rays were extensive but not nearly as time-consuming as other places I've been, the cleaning was painless and quick, and when I had to have two cavities filled, there was an opening and it was all taken care of right away. Billing/insurance was easy, and everyone was really friendly.
Cleaning and filling: In and out in 45 minutes. Always compassionate. Always caring. I love these ladies!
recently I have been to many dentists and my most recent experience at East Erie Dental topped the charts - incredibly accommodating, the staff takes time to get insurance quotes and let you know your copay in advance so there are no surprises. The dentists are very aware of patients comfort and assess periodically. The entire staff is very friendly, professional, kind, and patient and always takes time to make sure the patient understands what is going on. Highly highly recommended
The staff was friendly and helpful and was able to get me in right away for a non-urgent appointment. I was able to come back the next day for a filling. Most importantly, I thought the dentist was completely reasonable with her treatment recommendations.
