After dealing with Lori Parker and that was minimal at best, she scheduled a showing of a unit (we did this on her time line) never to got a follow up till morning of and she stated she had already rented the unit but could send her “housekeeper” to show us another option (that didnt even compare to our first interest.) Said “housekeeper” knew nothing about the unit or questions we had. The Unit was in total disarray and not sure the tenants were even moving out. Yes the properties aren’t for the rich but his historical buildings are gorgeous in and out it’s not his fault he loves Kansas City history I would live at one of his properties again
Rei the new property manager is awesome. He made sure my apartment was ready when I return back from out of town. I had an urgent family emergency out of state. The apartment is enough space for me. I recommend family and friends to check out this environment.
Overall I have had a good experience finding and currently renting from this company. We got a nice reasonably priced apartment that me and my fiance love. I had to move under short notice for work and Angela was able to get us in and set up extremely fast even with her going on vacation and all the situations that happened. I would definitely recommend and be staying at this apartment for awhile.
