Horrible slumlord Worst experience of my life
Lived here almost two years! Great staff and management. Neighbors can somewhat be noisy sometimes but hey, what place doesn't have those? Maintenence requests are usually handled in a fair amount of time. Will be renewing my lease to finish up and possibly rent a better place from these guys.
Love living here. Been here almost 2 years and would stay longer if I didn't have other plans with life. Reason rent prices. Great maintenence. Lovely management. Will more than likely return in the future. ❤️
Rei was a dream to work with! He was flexible with showing times, on time and greeted us at the front of the building, wasn't pushy and gave us any info we had on the building we were touring, Norman School Lofts. We were afraid this historic building would be too old but it's so cute and well taken care of, feels comfortable and peaceful, nice neighborhood. We are moving in soon thanks to Rei :)
