Fantastic accommodation for a large group. Plenty of space. High standard of furnishings. Clean comfortable beds. Lovely location for beach and walk in to Looe. Good communication through booking and check in. Only negatives, accommodation is advertised as free passes for local hotel pool but we were refused this by the hotel and told this is no longer offered so we had to pay. Also key lock box is VERY hard to open. Would definitely stay again though.
