Travelled 2 hours down today to get a strongman session in. My first time down at the gym and loved every minute of it. Such a great vibe in the gym. The lads there were all great really friendly and gave us the time to have a good chat after our training session. The gym is old school looking but have some great equipment in there to get the best session possible.
