Disgusting ! I took my Roksan turntable here to get it serviced . I dealt with the appalling Peter Empson . I eventually got it back after several months and Empson charged me £320 but refused to give me a receipt . When I got it home I discovered that Empson had butchered it so badly that it was now unusable . I was forced to send it to Roksan UK to have it completely rebuilt . Ordered replacement motor from them on their eBay store After 10 days my item hasn't arrived. I opened a case for a refund. Difficult to get any response from the seller. It's already 20 days after purchase, no motor, no replacement, no refund. He hasn't got any in stock and just to collect money from eBay mark item as dispatched. But the item was never scanned on the post office and never been sent. That's a fraud. Everyone should keep away from them.
