Recommendedthe staff, Drs, and patient care team are amazing there!! during this pandemic my hubby had to have emergency heart surgery, of course there are not allowing visitors, the staff was so good at keeping me informed band up to date in what was going on with him, he spent 12 days all together there, was in ICU and on 6e, he said everyone there was wonderful to him. Thank you so much for the excellent care of my husband.
Dear MMC Express care Koke Mill I am utterly upset that you all would lie to my husband and child and tell them she had display s/s of COVID19 with a temp of 102 and she was simply coming in for ear lavage turn her around and he immediately left your building at 7:29 and made it to express care 6th st made it there at 7:41 checked in and a normal temp of 97.6 BIG DIFFERENCE if you all didn’t want to see her because it was so close to closing time I’d respect that more but to lie and say something like this and tell him to ca... read more
If you aren’t a covid patient they don’t have time for you. Grandson cut his finger and needed stitches, they glued it instead even after my son in law questioned if that was the right thing to do considering how bad it was. Next day horribly infected. Several doctors said it should have been stitched. He should’ve had an antibiotic.
RecommendedI was there last year and I received the absolute best care. They don’t just take care of you, they anticipate your needs. Like staying at a 5 star hotel. Even the food was fantastic!!🤗🤗😅
RecommendedThank you to the truly amazing and LOVING staff who have seen my mom through a very scary time as she fights covid19. She turned 91 today! Separated from all her loved ones, they have kept us close by FaceTime. Even had a birthday party just now. I could never say enough about these heroes! ❤️
