The nurses and doctors all receive specialized training for patients who present special challenges, such as pediatric and trauma patients.

I am growing weary of the ER wait. I have a very painful abcess,in a sensitive ares. I wZ told by prompt care that they would be wiring for me as it needs to be operated on. I have been here 2 hours. By now I am sure the surgeon that WAS here has gone home. If they had been honest with me I would have gone to my regular clinic in Springfield as they have a procedure room
I went to the er today for severe back pain plus horrible cold. Knowing this is my only day off to do so. The staff was awful, very rude , no concern for anyone I actually left and I will go to at. Marys from now on. I have a upper respiratory infection. It seems as if they do not care for their patients at all. I would never return there again. It was awful.
The staff at this hospital seem to not really care about the patient. Every time that I've been there the wait in the emergency room has been far too long and with minimal people in the lobby waiting. I was there from 11pm-2am for a broken nose and possible concussion. I was told at 12am that my results would be back soon. But I guess soon meant when the nurses were done socializing. Besides the pain the 5th floor staff was Awesome they were very friendly
