The people working at the reception desk are very attentive and professional. The nursing staff are less than adequate and extremely condescending. Very frustrating.

RecommendedOutpatient surgery department was great this week. They were concerned for my comfort and safety, and they were professional and efficient. We've used the hospital on many occasions for outpatient services and emergency room with only good experiences and outcomes. Glad to have our local hospital!
Great people, horrible care for Medicaid and disabled patients who can’t afford the same lifestyle as the conservative people who run Springfield but don’t actually live here. Thanks for providing great care day after day. The techs, medics, nurses, guards, runners, assistants, receptionists are more important than all the “medical professionals” who pretend to practice care here.
