Mother with Renal condition waits for over 3 hours to be seen in ER. Medical history is not taken into account when triaging here only current symptoms. Not a best practice in my opinion!

Terrible experience, rude, grouchy ER nurses. Lets not forget why you have jobs, patients should be a priority.
Dirty room, lazy workers that would rather sit at the nurses station and laugh than actually answer a call light. I did let the charge nurse know and she just basically mocked me. NEVER AGAIN posted some pics of my moms room in comments. Not to mention the entire floor smells like feces. Never did bring a trash can for the bathroom. The floor doesn’t look like it has ever been mopped. The nurses continue to fake washing hands with the empty hand sanitizer too
Terrible place. The ER anyways. Sat in the room for 3 hours on 2 different occasions with a friend that was sick. Dr Saxma I believe his name was came into the room one time and then 3 hours later a nurse came in and said we were being discharged. Told the RN we hadn’t spoke with the dr and he just blew us off and said everything was fine. Which I’m thankful for her being ok and nothing seriously wrong but super terrible customer service and we were made to feel like a burden. Same way when my father was admitted there.
