RecommendedMy husband has had multiple procedures and surgeries there. The staff is always very kind and professional. Hospital is clean and the cafeteria is great!
RecommendedI came into MMC for a cardiac procedure on 8/15/19. I want to commend everyone I had contact with. Everyone had a pleasant tone in their voice. Everyone and I mean everyone was helpful and nice from the volunteers at the front door to the housekeeper. I am a retired RN and I know the stress involved in working in a hospital. MMC has done a great job hiring and training your team.
RecommendedI had surgery last week and was impressed with the technology for waiting family - from the text updates to the reader board that let them know where I was the entire time. Definitely makes a stressful time a little less so. Everyone from reception to nursing was very friendly and accommodating.
We were in ER holding due to lack of rooms and the ER blue pod is having a music dance party at 330 am... very professionally and restful for sick patients... ridiculous
there customer service is of the lowest quality I have come across the doctors are good but customer service needs lot of work
