Get directionsI've been in as in patient and was treated with respect . staff very friendly.
Yes and no, it took me three tries to find a family practitioner there that I preferred. The first one was a good doctor, but was CONISTENTLY running at least 1 hour behind. And then when you request to change doctors, you get harassed by the Nurse Manager or whatever her title is. 2nd doctor I was placed with, I really questioned her reasoning and abilities and have heard of others that say same. I DON’T Recommend Everything!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful!!!!!
From check-in to triage to treatment, we had excellent service from employees who were responsive and kind. The staff who treated our 6 month old were wonderful and included us in the plans for treatment and updated us frequently. Discharge instructions were clear and pharmacy staff was thorough and considerate.
Yesterday was a stressful day... My daughter was having her tonsils and adenoids removed due to constant sore throats, croup, snoring, sleep apnea, etc. It is always a tough decision to put your child through pain when they can't fully comprehend what is happening or why. The DMH staff, nurses, doctors and volunteers were incredibly kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were in and out in less than 4 hours from surgery start to release. Thank you so much for caring for my daughter like you would care for your o... read more
I was recently in their emergency room for chest pains. I feel their treatment was fine, friendly and efficient staff, and appropriate tests ran. However I am now being treated for cellulitis in my arm at the spot where they placed the i.v. This tells me that someone or something there is unclean. For no reason should a person obtain a bacterial infection from a hospital. Not to mention, I sent an email from your website regarding this situation and have received no response.
