Everybody was very nice and hardly not waiting time.
I suffered a tragic loss because of the people working in the ER. They only care about themselves and not the patient. I refuse to ever go back to this place and I make sure to tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible.
You know it is pretty sad, when you have a nurse make a special appt for you. Because for 3 years you have been suffering and no one gives a damn and the one Dr. you have been trying to get in to see for months treats you like shit and refuses to even take a moment of his time listen to you. It really just shows me, that most of these Dr. really do think they are above everyone else and don't have to listen to there patients. The worst hospital around by far. If they actually have to work to help you then your just out of luck.
My husband received excellent care at DMH. The doctors and nurses were fantastic. The billing department was very helpful. I do have a complaint concerning Decatur Radiology Physician Services. They have the worst BILLING I have EVER dealt with. I am assuming DMH actually employees them... If so you need to do something about them..... How they have handled our issues is nothing less than shaddy.
