Just read a story about the owner, Chandra yelling in an employees face in front of all the customers. Then after another couple asked for his money back due to this outrageousness, she told him to take his money and get out. Well you can best believe me nor my family will ever spend a dollar in this establishment if this is how she treats her employees and customers. Shame on you ma'am. Shame on you!!!!
If you ever get the chance, definitely go! The seafood was delicious and the homemade cheesecake with mixed berries was phenomenal!!
Horrible service. Manager was VERY RUDE. Came here on a late Sunday afternoon, after waiting an hour for service they said the whole party had to be here to be seated and refused to seat us cause some of the party was still outside. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. After the manager was rude and I asked to speak with the manager he said you get same attitude you give.
The food was GOOD but the Management was HORRIBLE...No accommodations from the manager Peter Miller!!! This dude was beyond RUDE! I will be contacting the general manager SOON!
Waiter Calvin was great. But Peter the manager was RUDE. You never talk back to a customer nor argue with one. You mad because your staff is telling you they leaving and not staying over is a personal issue don't take it out on a customer.
Went to the one in New Orleans. The server we had was awesome but the food had 0 seasoning!!! None! It was fried to perfection with no seasoning! Disappointed!
The Manager of Larry was very rude and disrespectful when customers complained about the non seasoned catfish.....my other friend food was not fresh...nothing to make things right....very disappointed since this was a place that was on our list of things to do...then you are forced to pay 20% tip for horrible service......never again. BE AWARE.....
