Just had the worst experience and didn't even get the chance to sit down and eat. We walked in and gave our names and knew that there was a 45 minute wait. No problem at all. One of the members of our party was standing at the desk. He began to notice that other people were beginning to come up and complain to the young lady. The complaints were that their names were already called and they missed it. 3 managers came up there all undermining what the young lady did.
