Had an awesome experience. Food was flavorful and worth the wait. Natasha was lovely and attentive ask for her!
Terrible service. Asked to get female crabs and their employee said she would get it for me. I was all happy until I got home and opened the bag. Out of the 18 crabs, only 6 were females! She also placed 10 crabs that had visible holes and had no meat inside! They were empty!
I'm not sure if I hate the Crawfish or this food poisoning worse. Perfect Easter / April Fool's gift
Discriminatory and weird. First of all they stated that our entire party of 8 was not going to be allowed to sit together which is not accommodating. Someone in our party was not allowed to dine due to him having a tank top on. The funny part was that two ladies walked in one with shorts exposing her butt cheeks and the other with her see through bra visible out of the back of her shirt. Will never ever go back not even to use the restroom.
DO NOT ORDER THE CATFISH!!!!! The Catfish had absolutely no seasoning. We told a manager, in hopes to maybe swap it out, so that I could still enjoy lunch here, and a manager told us, that we can’t get a partial refund, refund nor a swap. That’s bad business, because if a customer isn’t completely satisfied, and tells staff prior to eating more than a bite, they should try and make things better for them, so they won’t want to leave a bad review! Be aware if you are paying separate checks they will charge 20% gratuity even if the service is not that good...I decided to figure my own tip because service and food was fair...had bbq shrimp was greasy and over cooked... the waitress not friendly and rude...she told me I had to pay the 20% because it was their policy...I stated I was there 2 days before paid separate checks with no problem...she wanted to argue who does that with a customer I asked her get the manager...she comes back tells me the manager said it fine but... read more
My appetizer came out with my food I had the half of seafood platter and my oysters were raw and the crab balls were not cooked all the way. They forgot about my salad and brought it out almost 30 min after the food. The manager didn't care. It wasn't even that busy.
