Our son 14 has recently started here as a beginner, they are so welcoming and really seems like a great community within the gym. The owner/coach Dean has been great, and checked in to see how things are, he is a very experienced and knowledgeable and really made our lad feel at ease, he is really enjoying his sessions there and always comes home feeling good and positive about what he has learnt within his session.

Excellent teacher, Great person, Very well Coming environment. I joint the team about a month ago. I really enjoying my time here. Everyone should join. And keep your self fit, healthy and Learn self-defence.

This gym is awesome super welcoming from day one, and the vibe is really positive. The coach is legit and knows how to push you hard without making it overwhelming. Every session leaves you completely gassed in the best way, and you can really feel yourself improving each week. Whether you're new to Muay Thai or been training for a while, it's a great place to level up and be part of a solid crew.

My second week at dean white’s gym and I’ve loved every day so far. Everyone’s there to help each other out no matter who you are. It’s also very welcoming as a beginner. Looking forward to devolving my skills with Dean + Dale and planning to stick to it long term.

Dean and his son dale are great coaches and have helped me develop some great skills through the art of Mauy Thai I would recommend deans gym to everyone as dean welcomes all ages and genders a chance of starting their career in martial arts in a friendly environment.
