Dean and his son dale are great coaches and have helped me develop some great skills through the art of Mauy Thai I would recommend deans gym to everyone as dean welcomes all ages and genders a chance of starting their career in martial arts in a friendly environment.

The coaches are super friendly and know what they’re doing. They take the time to help you learn. The workouts are tough but fun. It doesn’t matter if you’re new or experienced — everyone is welcome, and the vibe is really positive.It’s a great place to learn kick boxing. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training here for over a year, and it’s been a genuinely great experience. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and explain techniques clearly, making them easy to understand and apply. The atmosphere is disciplined but welcoming, and there’s a strong sense of community and support from both the trainers and other students. The sessions are well-structured, challenging, and enjoyable. I’ve seen real progress in both my fitness and technique. Highly recommend to anyone serious about learning Muay Thai properly.
