Been going deans gym about 8 week now 2 to 3 times a week fitting it in the best I can good choice of days you can go monday to friday just liaise with dean on whatsapp Loving it learn abit more everytime and always look forward to the next session improving myself each time , good set of friendly people all levels Recommend it to anyone looking to start muay thai
