If you like feeling taken advantage of and helpless this is the place to go. Tony Wright was my salesman when I when I bought my 2015 Subaru Outback. He went out of his way to sell me my car. Now 2 and a half years later I am having issues with my car because the battery that came with it is not the recommended size battery for my car. You have lost my business and I will be sharing with everyone I know not to use your service department. You gave me an estimate on my car and quoted me about $1900 in repairs for things I was told had to be replaced and not repaired. I got a second opinion and not only did you try to over charge me on parts but I was able to have everything repaired. My bill at Lou Fusz Subaru was a grand total of....wait for it...$80. Ordered parts for my Subaru STI. All special orders have to be pre-paid, no big deal paid the bill and parts rep said it will be here next day. Drove 1 hour to get the parts and arrived 1 hour after they had opened. Was unable to pick up the part since the order had not been checked in yet. Was told it might be an hour or 2 before my part was checked in. 10 minutes later a representative walked out and said, well looks like we didn't even order your part. It's not here.
