After this weekend, I have now purchased or leased 3 cars from Dean Team Ballwin. Every single person including the detail guys running around the parking lot were super helpful and friendly. Phil Dean and Jason Moore went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. I love them!! Ps. I drive 45 minutes just to use Dean Team!

Had my car a few months then found out i needed brakes and has other problems. this car shouldnt have passed inspection. They sold me a lemon. U cant trust these guys.

Worst customer service ever. No follow up at all. I even spoke to the sales manager and GM and expressed my frustrations. No apology and several unreturned phone calls. I purchased my vehicle almost 2 months ago my temporary plates expired weeks ago and I still can not get someone to call me back. I did receive all of the paperwork in the mail to get my plates after I purchased a service they offered to get my plates for me and mail them. Still nothing. Well I bought an SUV for 23k, and "and a complete" warranty, meaning everything was covered. Well ill be honest it was my first car without mommy and daddy. I wish I went somewhere else or bought a new car with a "real" warranty. Well 6 months that after my purchase I now need around 4k in repairs all things that should have been Inspected in the beginning, or at least you would think.

We have taken our Jetta to dean team for the express service since purchasing it from them in 2012. The customer service has become increasingly bad. We took the car up on a Saturday for the express service and were told they were too busy to fit is in. We live in IL. Ok so last night we called. Dean team confirmed that the express service would be available today, Saturday. We drove there and were told the express is not offered on Saturdays. The website says express is offered on Saturday. I am sorry you were misinformed on the availability of service express, we are in the process of making changes to our schedule to only have service express on Saturdays and I think that someone jumped the gun by a week in telling you this. I just found out about your issue when i got this on my Facebook page. I would be willing to make it right for you by offering you a free oil change and replacing the gas that you used to come see us. Bought my 2015 Jetta TSI from here. Great vehicle. Wish I'd never settled to purchase from here. Tom Peters was my sales rep, and he never followed thru after the purchase. He did help me transfer my stuff from the rental to the newbie, though. Didn't like the vibe, felt pressured. Never coming again. My Jetta gets serviced at Bommarito now.

Michelle, we would love more feedback. We can't tell if its is a sales issue or a service issue? The reason we ask is that it looks like you bought your car in May of last year and shows the last time you were in our service department was October. Did something recent happen?
