I originally loved this dealership because they were great to work with during the buying process. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I guess that is just a front to get you to buy a car from here. My experiences after the purchase has been nothing but horrible. The car I bought can't even go 2000-2500 miles before the oil is bone dry and dash lights start coming on. This is just normal every day driving nothing special. You destroy cars people come to have you fix and then you blame it on the people and say was already there this is a place I'd never go And I'm gonna make sure everyone on Facebook knows about it
They crash cars during service appointments then pretend it’s not their fault even though the current damage was not on the initial inspection report. Would not recommend.
Gotta say I had a very negative experience with Dean Team. Bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla with 1500 miles that was a prior lease vehicle but was told it still had full Toyota warranty and even bought an extended warranty to last me till 125k. Fast forward a couple weeks and my speakers start going dead and take it to a Toyota dealer and after a bit they call me to tell me the sound system has been heavily modified. I purchased a vehicle and service package/extended warranty from this dealer. Knowing it was close to expiring, I tried to make an appointment with their service center to use it. They mysteriously could not locate any record of the vehicle purchase at their facility. After waiting several days to get a call back, I tracked down the original paperwork from the finance company. RecommendedI 100/10 recommend Matt Hampton to get a vehicle. He made everything painless for a first time buyer who had no idea what she wanted! He went through every car I had interest any in and was so knowledgeable and honest. The entire staff was nothing but welcoming. Overall an awesome experience!
