I found a used car I wanted and discussed seeing the vehicle and getting mine appraised. We made an appointment several days out as I was driving 2.5 hours to get there. I bought a 2018 Subaru Outback Touring in April. Loved them and it until November when my whole infotainment system went black. I was thrilled that they put me in another loaded Outback. However, two weeks later they ask for it back and put me in a crappy base model rental from Enterprise. There’s a national backorder on my infotainment system and I’m stuck with a crappy rental indefinitely. As a customer, I expect a loaner as nice as the car I’m making payments on. Unfortunately totaled my 14 jetta, checked other dealers, had problems with simple request, no front plate bracket, and no stickers. I have a special plate bracket for front. Was willing to wait for new shipment also. Did Internet inquiry got flooded with calls, told all of them story, and what wife wanted 2019 R line jetta, Richard contacted me very quickly and let me know 2 just came in, white and grey, so we went and looked, and when he said new, WOW still had shipping plastic on it!
