I spent $5,500 on new engine in my car just to have it die on me 8 minutes down the road. I will fix my rating for the shop once they do right by repairing my car the right way.

went in yesterday just to look at the r line passats we had been looking at for a while. found out they were all gone for the specific options we wanted. salesman Matt was awesome at finding us the exact car we wanted and had it brought over. I don't have such food credit but Matt and the finance guy worked hard to get me payments I could afford. never once felt pressured. I couldn't be happier with the car. thanks guys!
Can't say enough nice things about our used car buying experience. The staff was very polite and worked with us on price. We walked out very happy with our deal and our car. Paul was fantastic and really spent time talking with us, discussing the details and working things out. Very happy - look forward to working with the service side of the house!

Extremely dissapointed with the service. You make an appointment for a simple oil change and it inevitably takes 2 hrs of waiting . The reception and check in staff is terrible . When you arrive , you just stand there and the person continues to look down and doesn't even acknowlege you. After the long wait on Friday, they didn't tell me where they parked my car and I had to walk all over the parking lot to find it.
