Worst commercial ever. Suuuuuuuu baaaaaaaaa ruuuuu. I'll never buy ne because of that commercial.
Salespeople were great. Service department is the worst I've seen. Dropped my car off the night before for low level service appt. Didnt get it back until after 4 the next day. Service advisor repeatedly lied to me about when it would be ready. For my troubles they took $5 off the bill. Almost $100 for little more than an oil change. Two phone calls to service manager went unreturned.

I bought my used 2013 ford focus from Dean Team. Tom Peters and Dustin in finance were so friendly and made my car purchase enjoyable. Tom new lots about the vehicle and not being from that area i asked if he could go on the test drive with me and he did without hesitation. During my wait in the loan process he kept coming back to me and keeping me up to date on what was going on. Dustin answered every question i had about my loan and got me a great deal and monthly payment. I will definitely buy my next car from Dean Team.

After a wheel on my Passat was damaged during a routine tire rotation, my car was towed to VW Ballwin for repair. I received the absolute best customer service from Annie during the process. Could not have been more of a discriminating situation if there was one
I bought my 2007 Pontiac grand prix gxp form there two weeks ago, on the drive home I noticed the transmission acting funny, I went back to the dealership and they gave me a loner car. Ater having my car for over a week and their tech taking home my car two different times putty over 2 hundred miles on it they say nothing is wrong with it.
