He is prompt, listens attentively, and takes time to make sure you understand the diagnosis and treatment plan.
New patient first visit, Very unprofessional, gave me medications on my discharge papers without even telling me. She prescribed me the same medications that made me feel extremely depressed and anxious after telling her I did not do well with them. She doesn’t care for any of your thoughts or concerns.
Dr. Ross’ diagnoses are spot on. He takes time with you to get to the cause of your problem, and recommends the exact right treatment. A very good doctor!
Got there early and was seen early. Came in for a persistent cough that I had been to Urgent Care for twice. Dr. Ross diagnosed me with an inflammation of bronchial tubes due to bronchitis and gave me a sample inhaler. Gave me a very detailed exam and explained everything very clearly.
My visit with Dr Ross was tremendously great. As always Dr Ross is a good listener. He never rushes to prescribe medications. But encourages me to take charge of my health, by giving me health informative materials, that will help me understand my health problems and take the right steps to address them.
