Dr. Ross is very attentive and cleverly explains questions asked. Dr Ross is a generous primary care doctor who pays extra attention to details and his staff are just as helpful. He also responds to phone calls promptly.
Dr. Ross walks in and immediately focuses on your health in way you can feel confidence you are getting his best. There is a certainty in his voice which indicates he keeps current with medical findings and approaches. The office is calm and organized, with a sense of order to see patients in a timely manner. Dr. Ross is a kind, caring and knowledgeable professional who takes your best interest and applies all he knows to it. I am not hesitant to tell him anything, because I know he is going to give his best.
This was my 3rd year seeing Dr Ross, 1st visit not impressed, 2nd year had good visit, but this visit not impressed.
Dr. Ross has been my physician for at least a decade and he is excellent. He listens, explains well and asks questions to clarify any condition that I want to discuss with him. I would highly recommend him to all and have done so many times.
Dr. Ross is an excellent primary care physician, who is deserving of the highest possible rating. He listens to his patients and is inquisitive about their experienced issues in an effort to properly diagnose and treat them. He explains in layman terms possible causes of ailments and the reasons for a course of treatment. Dr Ross and his staff are great!! I had been sick for several days and I was told by the schedulers it would be over a week to see him:( I called in direct to Rebecca and she got me in within 2 hrs and Dr Ross took care of me and I am feeling much better today:) They are the best!!!! Thanks to him and his staff.
Excellent visit, as usual! Dr. Ross always takes time to listen when I speak and that's very important to me. I never feel rushed like I have with many other doctors. He always asks questions about how I'm feeling to determine a proper diagnosis, as opposed to putting a label on it and moving on to the next patient. I feel that he is genuine in his caring attitude. I hope to stay with him for many years to come.
