Not very happy. I was in to see Dr Ross on 8-12-22 and had a problem with a spot on my right hand. After looking at it Dr Ross said I needed to see a Specialist at Skin Cancer Associates and that they would be calling me to setup an appointment. So on 8-18-22 I have not heard anything, so I called to Office and spoke with the receptionist telling her what had happened. Always great staff and Dr Ross always explains things.
Saw Dr Tartaglione in 2021. At that time she suggested that she wanted to operate on my back. Scheduled an appointment to discuss it further in 2022. Was never able to see her. I was able to see her in the office on my way out and she said she never said anything about it. I read her notes and she implied I wanted surgery on my leg. I never talked to her about that. You have seen me in the clinic. The most recent appt you refer to, my PA had completed your visit as I had been called to an emergency. I saw you outside the exam room when I hurried back in to the clinic. I have not lied to you. I regret you did not understand our recommendations. Please have your family physician refer you to another neurosurgeon if that is your desire and best to you in health. DrT
This doctor is confused and cannot recall what she discussed with you the last time. She talked to me about surgery on my back when I spoke with her last time I spoke with her and this last time I saw her, in the hallway, she noted in her notes that I wanted to talk to her about surgery to my leg. Then in her notes she wrote I was the one confused.
As always, excellent. Addressed everything and covered with referrals, lab tests, etc.
Dr Ross is a wonderful doctor. He listens to me so he can help me.
