Dr. Ross is very informative and patient when I see him. Staff are friendly too.
I've been seeing Dr. Ross for several years. He is thoughtful, has great bedside manner and listens well. He has suggestions that are useful and helpful. I feel we have developed a great patient/doctor relationship and I am lucky to have him for my doctor.
