Not very happy. I was in to see Dr Ross on 8-12-22 and had a problem with a spot on my right hand. After looking at it Dr Ross said I needed to see a Specialist at Skin Cancer Associates and that they would be calling me to setup an appointment. So on 8-18-22 I have not heard anything, so I called to Office and spoke with the receptionist telling her what had happened. Always great staff and Dr Ross always explains things.
Saw Dr Tartaglione in 2021. At that time she suggested that she wanted to operate on my back. Scheduled an appointment to discuss it further in 2022. Was never able to see her. I was able to see her in the office on my way out and she said she never said anything about it. I read her notes and she implied I wanted surgery on my leg. I never talked to her about that. I saw you outside the exam room when I hurried back in to the clinic. I have not lied to you. I regret you did not understand our recommendations.
