Not very happy. I was in to see Dr Ross on 8-12-22 and had a problem with a spot on my right hand. After looking at it Dr Ross said I needed to see a Specialist at Skin Cancer Associates and that they would be calling me to setup an appointment. So on 8-18-22 I have not heard anything, so I called to Office and spoke with the receptionist telling her what had happened. She said they were short Staffed and she would see it was sent to a Dr Hawkins. Well today is 8-23-22 and no response yet, I told them my hand was really hurt... read more
Always great staff and Dr Ross always explains things.
As always, excellent. Addressed everything and covered with referrals, lab tests, etc.
Dr Ross is a wonderful doctor. He listens to me so he can help me.
