Dr. Ross is an excellent primary care physician who cares greatly about the wellbeing of patients. Dr. Ross is always prompt in reviewing medical test data and providing feedback on medical conditions of which he is made aware. Dr. Ross is highly recommended as an expert diagnostician and primary care physician.

I am always treated very well by Dr. Ross. He listens very carefully and explains thoroughly.
My experience with Dr Tartaglione was better than expected. Her office staff was professional and friendly. When Dr. Tartaglione walked into the room I was immediately relaxed. She was friendly and out going definitely a people person. She explained my MRI and gave me some very interesting medical advice concerning some of my current med. Although no intervention is needed at this time, she left the door open for follow up if needed. I am happy with Bayhealth and Dr. Tartaglione and would recommend this practice.
I think the world of Dr. Ross. He’s a great doctor - he’s a good diagnostician, and he refers me out when I need to be referred out. He wants to know about how my referrals to other doctors went. He listens intently to what I say to him, and he answers all my questions. I hope he remains my doctor for the rest of my life.
Dr. Ross was very attentive and knowledgeable to the issues I was explaining to him. I appreciate his honesty and I would not have came had he not been a doctor to both my parents. I really appreciate him seeing me and hopefully I can make him my PCP.
