Dr Ross has been my PCP for many years and continues to be my trusted physician because he takes the time to listen to what I’m saying and guides me towards the right treatment, for me. He is accessible through in person visits, telehealth calls and through the health portal which makes it convenient for all.
Dr Ross always takes time to listen to me and recommends appropriate solutions. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and caring!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for many years and he always takes good care of me. He always has a good demeaner and a great listener. He never seems annoyed when I have a thousand question. I just finished my yearly Wellness visit and he's very thorough with his information gathering. I am overweight but he never nags or makes me feel ashamed of it and always suggests a plan of action if the issue is brought up. The Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Refill requests are addressed generally the same day.
Dr. Ross has been very good about responding online, but his staff have been absolutely abysmal. I've been in and called more than three times just to get a routine referral, and each time it's like they've never heard of me. I don't necessarily agree that Ross is a great listener. He's quick to discount with an easy explanation, 'Oh, that can be caused by stress...' or 'Maybe more vitamin X...'
Every time I visit, I feel like Dr. Ross listens to what I am saying, but also tells me what I need to hear to make the changes I need in my life to be healthy.I asked about t-replacement, and he gave me honest numbers and answers. Had huge trouble with cholesterol, and he made it clear that it was most likely caused by excessive alcohol use. Dr Ross is very professional and friendly, made me feel comfortable. He made suggestions for my health and I think he is a good fit for me as my GP. This my 1st visit and I will be going back.
