A caring Doctor with great knowledge and keeps up with all the hows and whys whether old school or new!. Great integrity!! You can contact with ease and get answers when you need them. Reminds me of the old school Doctor with new school knowledge!
I got a distinct feeling that Mr Matook doesn’t like people of color. He made some inappropriate comments and thought he was funny I guess. Consider other options.

Dr. Ross is prompt, intelligent, and cares deeply for my health. He is available via message day and night, which has been a huge blessing. I cannot recommend him enough.
Dr. Ross is especially good at annual exam time. He brings his tremendous knowledge and thoroughness to it. I’ve been a patient for five years and will continue. He also has an excellent staff.
I had my first visit with this dr. and staff a mo. ago. I needed a dr. who was up to date on all forms of testings, meds. The staff was great from beginning to end. The dr listened to my needs and concerns and took care of it. I had to wait to see the dr. because he was still helping another patient. It was worth the wait to find a drs.' office that was genuinely concerned about a patient, as opposed to rushing them through and not listening to the patient. I highly recommend this dr. and staff.
Lacks empathy and doesn’t take your concerns seriously. She will make up her mind about your condition and refuse to look into it further. She will out right lie about you in your medical records.
I'm trying to schedule a visit with her. When she was here, previously, she was a great Dr.
Excellent Doctor, very professional but also very personable. I am very happy he is my primary care Physician.
