Dr Taylor herself is amazing! I see some bad reviews but alot of them seem to be abt appt times and wait times. She gets busy, she delivers babies so there are going to be some times where she isnt gonna be there right away and may be in a low mood. Everyone has those days tho so you cant get upset that shes having human emotions. I love her and shes been super helpful throu out my whole pregnancy! The staff is very nice and efficient. Dr Ross is very thorough and taking care of answering all my questions and ran all the tests I requested
Dr. Ross has been my doctor for over 12 years. He is the best doctor and diagnostician I’ve ever had. I can tell him the problem I have and he can give me advice or order the right tests. He continues to amaze me with his knowledge. I have recommended him to everyone I know who is looking for a doctor. He’s just the best.

I have been seeing Dr. Ross for about 2 years and I'm very glad he is my doctor. He asks questions, listens and gives me the help I need. He never tries to rush me and has been very helpful with knowledge about why I came to see him
Dr. Ross and his staff are excellent. I needed to be seen for an urgent referral and obtained an appointment the next day and the referral was expedited. I received a phone call from the academic/ research center the following day expressing interest in my rare diagnosis. His office is helping me to receive a proper evaluation and Physician experts will help development a treatment plan for me. I am thankful to have him as my Doctor. My visit was extremely good and I was treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Dean Ross listened to what I had to say and provided me with information and a treatment plan going forward. He is very professional and courteous at the same time.
Dr. Ross takes the time to listen and provide resources and support that EMPOWER you to achieve your health goals. I always leave his office feeling hopeful about my journey. He also explains treatments, medications, and effects in a manner that is easily understandable to us non-medical folks :). His entire team (especially Rebecca) have amazing customer service and make you feel comfortable at all times. No other doctor I would rather have as my PCP.
