Dean Lance Ross is everything one could want in a primary care physician. He is straightforward, concise, and learned. Talk to him, express your concerns, that's the only way he knows what's on your mind. spill it, dummy, this is your doctor. You can tell your doctor things that you might not tell your esposa, and he is bound by oath to never disclose what you have said. She gave me so much hope my first visit that she would be able to help me and when I went back for the follow up, it was like I was speaking to a completely different doctor.
Dr. Ross is very attentive and cleverly explains questions asked. Dr Ross is a generous primary care doctor who pays extra attention to details and his staff are just as helpful. He also responds to phone calls promptly.
Dr. Ross walks in and immediately focuses on your health in way you can feel confidence you are getting his best. There is a certainty in his voice which indicates he keeps current with medical findings and approaches. The office is calm and organized, with a sense of order to see patients in a timely manner. Dr. Ross is a kind, caring and knowledgeable professional who takes your best interest and applies all he knows to it. I am not hesitant to tell him anything, because I know he is going to give his best.
This was my 3rd year seeing Dr Ross, 1st visit not impressed, 2nd year had good visit, but this visit not impressed.
