Dr. Ross has been my physician for at least a decade and he is excellent. He listens, explains well and asks questions to clarify any condition that I want to discuss with him. I would highly recommend him to all and have done so many times.
Dr. Ross is an excellent primary care physician, who is deserving of the highest possible rating. He listens to his patients and is inquisitive about their experienced issues in an effort to properly diagnose and treat them. He explains in layman terms possible causes of ailments and the reasons for a course of treatment. I especially appreciate his immediate follow up when you are dealing with the anxiety of a possible serious issue. Dr Ross and his staff are great!! I had been sick for several days and I was told by the schedulers it would be over a week to see him:( I called in direct to Rebecca and she got me in within 2 hrs and Dr Ross took care of me and I am feeling much better today:) They are the best!!!! Thanks to him and his staff.

I felt like i was in an animal hospital
Excellent visit, as usual! Dr. Ross always takes time to listen when I speak and that's very important to me. I never feel rushed like I have with many other doctors. He always asks questions about how I'm feeling to determine a proper diagnosis, as opposed to putting a label on it and moving on to the next patient. I feel that he is genuine in his caring attitude. I hope to stay with him for many years to come.
