WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ( I lost almost £5000. The car spent longer in a garage than it did on the road and I only had the car 3 months in total. Refused to honour anything, refused to fix the problem which wasnt the heater matrix as he claimed it was, after having the car in/out of his mates garage he refused to then fix the problem that was found and refused point blank to follow the procedures advised by the motor ombudsman and mis quoted the the trading standards law back at me. I'm not sure how this company is allowed to trade... They sell botched cars, overpriced and extremely arrogant staff.... If you go to look at a car prepare to be swooped on by desperate sales staff... Avoid at all costs or burn your money instead you will get better value.

Contacted the garage and spoke to Jack about a Skoda Monte Carlo, drove from Newport to test drive and it was worth it as we had a brilliant experience, very good customer service compared to the main Skoda dealership. Car has been great and all as descibed. Thanks Jack and team
Awful experience drove 2 hours , to see a Mondeo to be told over the phone it was lovely inside had be professional valeted, what a joke more scraps and bumps on it and inside looked like Stevie wonder had cleaned it ! And to top to off he changed the price on my part exchange without telling me before I arrived, a total waste of my time .pls avoid!
