We faced a problem involving water ingress via the shark-fin antenna on our BMW which caused the SOS Emergency System to malfunction. Dealer-Tech helped address the issue immediately with a temporary solution allowing our onward journey. They advised us as to how to remedy the matter going forward and what to expect in terms of a long term solution. All this in the space of a few minutes. Adam and Mark have worked their magic again. I upgraded the stock exhaust from my BMW V10 M5 to an Eisenmann race exhaust. It did not quite fit around the rear bumper so they used a heat gun to re-mould the bumper then cool into a new shape to avoid any vibrations. Amazing attention to detail and check out the end result. Thanks again guys! Ps - the alcantara interior trim with M-Sport stitching is an excellent upgrade from the standard aluminium 👍🏼👍🏼
