What a rubbish gym! Don’t waste your money!! Front of house staff USELESS, manager even worse! Better service at budget gyms! Absolute rip off! £11 plus for a casual day pass to use the gym, more expensive than London gyms that are 5x the size of this tiny vegetarian style gym, it’s pathetic! £51 plus for gym membership again more expensive than London clubs! £40 for a junior membership!!!! I'm a fairly regular user of the swimming facilities but after today I won't be returning. It's been getting worse over time. Pool area smelled like a pond. Constantly getting covered in other people's long hairs that are floating in the water. No one showers before entering the pool and people spectating are wearing shoes around the pool. Sorry guys but I can't cope with the grime anymore.
The swimming pool is absolutely freezing in the mornings been like this for the past couple of weeks. Nothings been done about it. Cancelling membership!
I like their service. Have good supportive staff
