arrived a little after 4pm (they shut at 5) and was turned away because she wanted to go home and everyone left. Told me to come back tomorrow or Saturday! I was literally in the building!! Why would i come back bearing in mind you closed but didnt fully close early today, whats the bettings i come tomorrow and they do the same? This was my 2nd visit and I will never go anywhere else. The staff are so friendly and of course Lola has made me feel like a million dollars. She takes the time to talk through what is best and because I have extremely fine hair, Lola uses her own products to give me a lovely finished hairdo. I don’t feel self conscious or afraid of the end result because Lola does a lovely job. Thanks Lola and all the staff, I would highly recommend you x

Lola is the best hairdresser to ever do my hair, she’s done by hair for nearly 3 years and does an amazing job, will not go to anyone else. She layers my hair beautifully and ALWAYS checks with me on the length she’s taking off. Amazing pricing for what you get and all the staff in there are welcoming and lovely .
