Horrible, gave me the wrong percription and discharge paperwork. Perceived me opioids even though I told the intake nurse, doc, and ER nurse that I was a recovering heroin addict. Obviously don’t value patient privacy vey much

Aftercare is sub par. staph infection is 99% probable if you're admitted. PCA' s have bad attitudes and uncaring of patient needs.

ER dept was very responsive but experience on 7-S was another story. Attention to detail was non-existent. I could not get up by myself and had to use a potty chair. The compression devices on my legs were only reconnected twice so what good were they? Several times my room door was left open while I was on the potty chair. my water was refreshed once during my stay and my over bed table was pushed and left across the room out of my reach. They took such great care of my mother. She went in DKA. The nursing staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
