I know that your hospital is overwhelmed by the number of patients coming in to your emergency room however a patient coming into your emergency room should not have to wait around in your emergency room for six hours or more to get to a room when they have been admitted. The room that I was admitted to the lights in the room didn’t work the bathroom sink was stopped up that was the worst hospital room I have ever stayed in and the worst patient care I’ve been given

My son was sent with orders to be admitted for IV antibiotics. We arrived at 7:30pm and didn’t get in to a room until after 3am. Very unprofessional. I’d definitely go elsewhere if given the chance. To leave a child sitting for hours around many sick people is ridiculous.

Dr. Matthew Thom did an incredible job from diagnosis through the complete surgery and rehabilitation. He takes the time to detail your situation, explain options, listen to his patients and sympathetic to his patients needs. Much different from other urologist I have dealt with in the past. Excellent surgeon too!! I feel very comfortable in recommending him and his staff to anybody.
Visited Dr. Winfield’s office on Friday, June 19, I was a new patient and it was 1/2 day business. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the care I got, from the staff on up. COVID is a major concern and the office was well prepared and prepared me before I arrived, from entering the hospital. I was skeptical before arriving, but felt at ease and safe going through the process. I recommend Dr. Winfield if you are looking for Urologist and DCH is taking every precaution to keep you safe.
