Recommendedmy initial experience with Dr. Matthew Tom at Dch health center went well. However, after leaving his office to go downstairs to get some lab work done there was a mix up. I sat downstairs waiting for about 15-20 minutes, then I was instructed to go back upstairs to get a form that I was told I did not need while I already up there. Once I got back upstairs I was informed that my order was never sent downstairs. To my knowledge, doctors are supposed to close out patients and send in orders before going to see another one but... read more

Bed was so bad I slept on a chair didn’t get meals forgot my meds
Northport Campus. Doctors , Nurses , PCA, Lab , Housekeeping and dietary. The cleanliness of the facility and the ,management of sanitizing and screen for COVID-19/.
Dr. Matthew Thom is fantastic. He takes the time to explain and makes sure you are completely at ease. Wonderful staff!!
They are very caring and always giving 💯% to care for there patients
Excellent care, courtesy and respect from all the staff; nurses, PCAs, doctors, OR staff, everyone. Made my short stay there more pleasant than a post-OR visit usually is. And they gave me such excellent care all while in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, risking their own health to help take care of me. I respect and love them all.
Great Hospital, I have only had 1 bad experience and that was handled the same day.
