If I could give it 0 stars I would, very very disappointed with the women who served me, I believe Debbie is her name as it states on my receipt. I called in advance to ask if she can do my balloons with helium and just keep it simple with a ribbon and she was all nice on the phone and said that’s fine and as I came in she said it would take 20 mins or so.
