I would like to give a feedback - it would be appreciated for doctors to regularly visit the patients. This will have the benefit of reassuring them should they have questions to ask. Sometimes a kind word has the power of making someone feel their existence matters. The nurses are kind. Thank you
Actually zero stars. Staff abused PTS staff and called them c word repeatedly. Terrible how they treat another member of the nhs team. Arrogant hca and one of the male nurse was also verbally rude. I feel bad for the pts staff who had to endure that.

Staff are too arrogant,stubborn, to much favoritism, specially the in-charge, allways do how the want, no priority to the patients, what does patient wants, only who they stand for them self, absolutely rubbish to me, i dont like it at all
