Davidson don't build a bad looking plot. Didn't go to look or buy. Nav took me there by accident. Corby wouldn't be a place I would consider moving too. If I were to buy new build. Would be several conditions. 1, buy off drawing. 2, I want to check it each scaffold lift. 3, I snag it regardless of what Nhbc allows, or site manager. Otherwise it wouldn't be brought by me.
I cannot praise this builder enough. I have been in my home now for over 3 months at Kirby Woodlands and absolutely love it. I was totally supported by Debbie, on site sales manager, throughout the whole process and cannot thank her enough. I had tiny snags, which all got sorted within 1 month, thanks to the after sales team. Paul and Wayne have been amazing, and all the building crew are really friendly and always wave or say hello. Quality houses being built in a distinct style unlike the other house builders out there. The designs are unique and show how new houses and the surrounding areas can be encapsulated into one fantastic place to live. Really looking forward to moving here.
