Awful after sales service from this company. Bought an 'eternity ring' which fell apart after six months, their solution is to charge £1200 to replace the missing stone & said the ring had been ' mistreated'. How do you mistreat a ring? This company is unethical & are bullies. AVOID at all costs & go to somewhere that has actual ethical practice.
Horrendous company to deal with, stones fell out of the ring within six months & they told me it was my fault! Totally untrue & staff in the boutique said when I took it in that 'this does happen'- so it's a KNOWN design fault. I would NEVER buy anything from here again. They expect you to pay for faulty items after paying thousands only a few months earlier. UNETHICAL BUSINESS.
