I visited recently to get a watch fixed, the customer service was great. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgebale. I would reccomend and trust this jewellers
I got my second ear piercings here yesterday and it was INCREDIBLE service, Jay was super friendly and my social anxiety was eased pretty much right away. The actual piercing process was fast and simple, and the experience as a whole was really enjoyable and I'm really happy with it!! I highly recommend coming here if you want your ears pierced by really friendly staff (and if you want super pretty jewellery). Great staff in this store
I was served by Steph today. She was very helpful cutting my ring off. The service is great in this store.
I would like to say how amazing the service was from Steph, I explained I was unsure on what I wanted but some sort of ring. Steph really helped me and took her time showing me all of the perfect sets. I came out with a beautiful matching set. Thank you very much will be sending everyone here in future.
