The physician was distinctly rude and dismissive throughout our appointment. Instead of providing a thoughtful explanation of my condition, he spoke in a cold, encyclopedic manner, showing little patience or interest in my questions. He also failed to offer any alternative treatment options, leaving me frustrated and uncertain about how to proceed with my health issues.

I was passed around to four different doctors at Advanced Urology Institute. I did not trust two of them. I thought they were procedure happy and recommended two different procedures, one kidney stone related and one PSA related that were not necessary. I had my PSA checked by my primary care physician and my number went down convincing me that the recommended procedure was unnecessary.
