Got an appointment in emergency with Dr Burday. Great contact and problem solver. Perfect service and kindness.
Worst medical care I have ever received! Dr. Burday diagnosed me based on my symptoms. He never examined me. He told me my problem was because I was old. He recommended a medication but told me to check with my cardiologist to see if I could take it. (Shouldn’t a urologist know if a medication can be taken by patients with heart problems?). My cardiologist said I couldn’t take the medication, so I called Dr. Burday’s office and asked for a prescription for a different medication. No one ever called me back. Very nice, professional knowledgeable, listens to the problem checks it out and has solutions great experience.
Scheduling was easy, and I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment. Dr. Burday was efficient but never rushed. I appreciate how organized the clinic is. From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional.
