There were a lot of patients waiting but were able to get them in fairly quickly.
Smooth check in, wait time minimum
Had to wait over 30 minutes to see MD sitting in exam room. Once MD did see me, his visit was great as it always is. Very informative takes the time to explain everything. Very knowledgeable MD. I trust him to help me make good medical decisions. Excellent bedside manner.
Everyone was very professional
Paperwork essm repetitive at the front office along with phone call. Caring treatment by medical team.

Everyone was extremely professional, kind and patient. Dr. Burday was especially knowledgeable as well as patient. He was able to remove all my fears about having kidney stones. KUDOS!!!
Love the fact that Dr. Burday wanted to know more about our 45 year old son’s health history and condition, since he’s physically and mentally disabled. He took the time to explain the facts regarding our concerns and helped put us at ease, alleviating our fears. Great “bedside manner”!
Do NOT visit this provider! He was yelling in the exam room at my father, and I know others could hear outside the room. He told him that he should not have come to him for treatment, but should have gone to another urologist (the ER sent my father to him...it was not our choice). Believe me, we WILL be going elsewhere. He said he was 'Very frustrated' we were there. This was our first visit, by the way.
